Delivery Policy
Non perishable items available from stock will be posted within two working
days from receipt of order. All other items will be posted as soon as available.
Customers will be notifed of availablity and time for delivery.
All the products sold via the Cottage Flowers Online Site are shipped according
with our delivery policy
1.1 Delivery/ Freight Charges
Prices listed for products do not include the cost of freight. This is added
on the checkout page of the Cottage Flowers website and will be confirmed before
the product is dispatched.
1.1.1 Palmerston North City Delivery
We deliver within the Manawatu region. Delivery charges are:
Palmerston North City: $7.50 (inc GST) per item.
Saturdays: $10.00 (inc GST) per item.
Feilding: $7.50 (inc GST) per item.
Saturdays: $10.00 (inc GST) per item.
Manawatu-Rural: $15.00 (inc GST) per item (Week days only)
(Shannon, Ashhurst, Linton, Feilding, Bunnythorpe, Bulls, Sanson)
1.1.2 International Delivery
International delivery is available for most overseas countries through our
interflora service. In most circumstances your order can be delivered within
24-36hours of ordering.
1.2 Same Day Delivery
Available Monday - Saturday.
If you place your order before 3pm (Monday – Friday) or 12noon (Saturday)
we can guarantee same day delivery within Palmerston North City. (please state
that you require the same day delivery service when ordering.)
1.3 Goods not Delivered until Payment Received in Full
Goods will not be delivered to a Customer until payment for the order has been
received in full. This is required by credit card payment.
1.4 Right to Withhold Delivery
Cottage Flowers may at their sole discretion withhold delivery of any order
if full payment of the goods is not received.
1.5 Delivery
Cottage Flowers shall use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to the delivery
address as specified by the Customer in an acceptable quality and in a timely
basis.
Cottage Flowers will not be liable in any way or under any circumstance for
any delays in the delivery of the Goods
1.6 Delivery Completed
Delivery will be deemed to have been completed when the Goods have been delivered
to the delivery address as specified by the Customer.
